Newsletters
In order to receive our newsletters, you must submit your email address. You have the option to also provide demographic information. We use a third party newsletter service provider, Topica, to actually collect that data and send out, track, and manage our newsletters. Topica is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than sending out our newsletters. We will not disclose the information you provide except in aggregated form (for example, we might tell a potential advertiser that X% of our readers are female). We provide a way for you to unsubscribe from our newsletters via a link at the bottom of every newsletter that is emailed to you.

Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us (for example, a classified ad), you must provide certain personally identifiable information to our commerce provider, Paypal. You must provide contact information (such as name) and financial information (such as credit card number). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your name and email address and for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We do not store this information and once the email is sent we have no record of the tell-a-friend transaction.

Log Files
We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We use third-party tracking services provided by Pair.com and Google Analytics that use cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate.
