“Psilakis Leaves Anthos; He's Coming to Brooklyn”

Frank Bruni reports in the Diner’s Journal that Michael Psilakis is out at his high end Greek spot Anthos in Midtown. But it seems he will be peddling his delicious Athenian cuisine in a giant space in Williamsburg. If it’s for a new branch of Kefi, that would be most welcome. What would be even better for me, is if he would come on over to Cobble Hill, just saying. 

I've never been a huge fan of Anthos, I always preferred Mia Dona, but if you were, the menu at Anthos, which is now run solely by Psilakis' former partner Donatella Arpaia, will remain unchanged.
