“February is Pancake Month at Clinton Street Baking Company”

February is one of my favorite months for on simple reason: because it's pancake month at Clinton Street Baking Company.

Every weekday at this Lower East Side bakery and cafe, a special pancake recipe will be served from 9am-11pm. Choices include blackberry with passion fruit curd, crunchy banana with cinnamon-chili chocolate sauce, candied blood orange with bittersweet chocolate, and classic chocolate chunk, among many more.
