Another cut-rate menu for the recession, this one from BLT Restaurant Group which has begun a new seasonal Prix Fixe Blackboard Menu at BLT Steak, BLT Prime and BLT Fish in New York City. The three-course menu (appetizer, entree, side, and dessert) is $60 per person. Below is a taste of what BLT blackboards around city have offered recently:
