“Is it a world wide trend?”
It seems to be a trend happening all over. Here in London UK the trend seems to be for more casual dining, less expensive fare etc... Does this have to do with the economic situation hitting us or is it something else? And is the Time Warner food hall really the kind of place that casual diners want to go for a night out. For that kind of experience i would definately choose a little neighborhood place over a Disney like environment.
