Favorite Cookbooks: I'm becoming a serious collector, so...FAR tooooo many to list, my collection spans over 150 years, and literally hundreds of authors....I love them all!

Music to cook by: classical or maybe no music at all if I'm making chocolates...depends on how detailed and intricate the work is...I need to concentrate
