The 2012 lineup of restaurants includes 1770 House, Luce and Hawkins, Race Lane, Nick & Toni's, Southampton Social Club, Cittanuova, Georgica and Southfork Kitchen, in addition to newcomers 75 Main, Amarelle, Beaumarchais East Hampton, Navy Beach, Rumba Rum Bar and Smokin' Wolf BBQ, to name a few. New restaurants are being added daily in addition to myriad local wineries that include Harbes Family Vineyards, Martha Clara Vineyards, Pelligrini Winery, One Woman Winery and Mattabella Vineyards. Also featured will be a bevy of the best purveyors on the East End, such as The Blue Duck Bakery, Joe and Liza's Ice Cream, Amagansett Sea Salt and North Fork Potato Chips.

Taste of two Forks takes place on July 14th, Bastille Day this year, and chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will host the festivities with true French flare. Joining Chef Jean-Georges in the fête will be Paris-trained apparel designer Nicole Miller, who has just been named Food Critic of Dan's Papers sister publication The Daily Dan for the summer of 2012.

Dan's Taste of Two Forks has once again teamed up with Have a Heart Community Trust as the event charity partner. Headquartered in Southampton, the organization is dedicated to providing direct emergency relief to residents all over the East End of Long Island.
