“Dan's Taste of Two Forks, Aldea's Guest Chef Series, Paris on Smith Street”

Saturday: Dan’s Taste of Two Forks

You won’t have to choose between the North and South Fork this Saturday at Dan’s Taste of Two Forks, featuring restaurants and vineyards from all of eastern Long Island. Held on Saturday from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at Sayre Park, 154 Snake Hollow Road, Bridgehampton, N.Y., tickets are $150 (VIP tix are $225 and permit 6:30 p.m. admission with a Champagne reception). Part of the proceeds will be donated to food pantries through the Have a Heart Community Trust. Tickets: tasteoftwoforks.com.

Sunday: Aldea's Guest Chef Dinner with Aki Kamozawa and H. Alexander Talbot

Aldea's guest chef series continues on Sunday, July 15th with Aki Kamozawa and H. Alexander Talbot, the duo behind blog.ideasinfood.com, for a modernist five-course meal featuring innovative dishes and a cocktail and canapé reception to start the night.

Dinner is $150 per person (excluding tax and tip). The cocktail reception starts at 6PM followed by dinner at 7PM. For reservations, call 212.675.7223.

Sunday: Paris on Smith Street

The annual Bastille Day block party will be held on Smith Street from Bergen to Pacific Streets in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. All your favorite Smith Street eateries will be serving al fresco eats, including Bar Tabac, One Girl Cookies, and Stinky, with live music and the largest international Petanque tournament in the United States. Did we mention there will be beaucoup de vin? Oui Oui!
