“Brunch at The Wallace, Fourth Annual Brooklyn Cooks”

Brunch Begins at The Wallace

This weekend, Clinton Hills’ newest restaurant, The Wallace, debuts its hearty and soul-satisfying brunch where everything from the jams to the bread to the meats are all made in house. Soon to be husband and wife team, Chef Jon Wallace and his fiancée, Jessica Soule, created the new menu inspired by the traditions and flavors that make classic American fare “comfort” food.

The new Brunch menu includes duck confit hash, eggs benedict with house-made english muffin & Benton’s ham, hazelnut pancakes, cheesy grits & eggs with grilled ham steak, a crispy salmon sandwich, and a house ground short rib and tongue burger.

The Wallce is located at 919 Fulton St, (between Waverly Ave & Clinton Ave), (347) 689-9137.
