“Beer Table's New Family Meal Every Wednesday”

Beginning this Wednesday, Beer Table's new chef, Jamie Klotz (formerly of Momofuku & Roberta's) will prepare a weekly "family meal" for reservations only service for parties of four to eight people on Wednesday evenings.  

The meal will be served family style, with each party sharing everything at a single communal table.  For this week, they'll accept reservations up until midnight tomorrow, but for the weeks to come, we'll require 48 hours notice and will require a confirmation, as seating is very limited.  Any food not finished will be sent home with guests.  E-mail  events@beertable.com for reservations.

This week's menu will include all of the following:

Chicharrones de harina
Braised shortrib platter
Celery root mash
Braised greens
Buttermilk biscuits
Scallion chimichurri
Chow chow relish
Gravy
Chocolate merengue pie

The price is $200 for each party of up between 4 and 8 people and includes small bites (chicharrones de harina), the short rib feast including sides and biscuits, various condiments and relishes, and one chocolate merengue pie.  It does not include drinks, and the price is exclusive of tax and gratuity.
