“Unlimited Bubbly, Vodka and Caviar, Al Fresco, at Firebird”

FireBird, the classic Russian restaurant and caviar parlor, presents Unlimited Caviar and Champagne or Vodka ($100 per person), served on its roof top garden terrace, amidst Manhattan's glittering skyline. The menu is served every Thursday starting July 19, and continuing every Thursday thereafter from 5-7pm.
 
The terrace menu includes:

• Unlimited caviars, including the rare Grinnel with a black aubergine color and a lemony citrus flavor, served with traditional accoutrements: blinis or toast points, red onion, egg white, egg yolk and crème fraîche.  (Caviars will be served in 1oz portions at a time.)
• Unlimited champagne cocktails like Bellinis with peach nectar or Kir Royals, or unlimited vodka served in ice-cold flutes, or vodka cocktails like the Moscow Mule.

 
Reservations are recommended and can be made through the restaurant at 212-586-0244.
 
FireBird is located at 365 West 46th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenues).
