“Crayfish Festival At Aquavit”

August in Sweden is crayfish month and Aquavit will be celebrating accordingly with their annual Crayfish Festival. Starting August 13th, Chef Marcus Jernmark will offer a special menu with 1/2 lb. of peel & eat crayfish and a smörgåsbord that includes crayfish herring and crayfish skagen among other seasonal favorites.

The Crayfish Festival at Aquavit spans two weeks, from August 13-17 and 20-24. It is available at lunch for $32 per person and at dinner for $42 per person.

Lunch, 11:45am - 2:30pm: $32 per person

Dinner, 5:30pm - 10:30pm $42 per person

Carlsberg beer plus choice of aquavit: $12
