Each 'Pignic' includes: one handcrafted Rocket Pig sandwich with brined, spice rubbed, smoked, then roasted heritage breed pork that has been sliced warm and placed on top of a fresh ciabatta roll topped with homemade red onion jam, and comes with a side of Ralf's special sweet and spicy hot sauce, a housemade pickle, bag of bacon caramels, coleslaw, bag of North Fork chips, a beverage (Fentiman's, Fever-Tree, water, Coca-Cola, etc), utensils, and a napkin.

 

The 'Pignic' is the perfect to-go picnic to enjoy throughout the fall on the nearby High Line Park (one block from Rocket Pig), at home, or on the go.
