“Build Your Own Ice Cream Sammys at Schmackary's”

Just because summer's supposed to be over, doesn’t mean you have to eat like it. At Schmackary’s Cookies, a bakery in Hell’s Kitchen that opened in May, they have a new build-your-own ice cream cookie sandwich menu that’s great for any season.

The ice cream sandwiches ($6.25) are filled with a generous scoop of dolce amore premium vanilla bean gelato and include cookie flavors ranging from classic chocolate chip and red velvet to maple bacon and peanut butter cup. They’ll even let you combine two different cookie flavors.

If you’d rather, you could order the milkshakes ($5.50), which also include new flavors like “Cinn-fully Oat-rageous” (which includes cinnamon, granola and vanilla anglaise) and “The Graceland” (a sweet and savory blend of chocolate, peanut butter, banana and candied bacon). You can also add a shot of espresso or a crumbled cookie infusion for $1 more. Enjoy!
