“Butcher's Table Dinners at Sauce”

Adam Tiberio and Erik Hassert, butchers and co-owners of Tiberio Custom Meats, have collaborated with chef Frank Prisinzano of Sauce on a menu featuring house-butchered beef, pork, game and housemade deli meats. The prix-fixe, multi-course menu ($100/$125 with wine) will change nightly. (For more affordable options, see Feast)

Reservations are currently being accepted for parties of 10 on Thursday nights and will soon be taken for smaller parties throughout the week by request. Reservations can be made by calling Tiberio Custom Meats at (718) 374-5148 or by emailing info@tiberiocustommeats.com.
