“Bon Appetit Supper Club Returns”
If you’ve grown tired of your favorite deli or truck vendor in Midtown, you’re in luck. The pop-up Bon Appetit Supper Club & Café is making its return from September 20th to 26th just south of Central Park at 57th Street and 6th Avenue.
Open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the weekday, the lunch hour features soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts from a rotating cast of chefs. But there’s a twist. You may have Cat Cora heading the kitchen one day and Jose Andres another. This year’s theme of “Grown in Manhattan” means you’ll have a host of seasonal dishes on the menu. Reflecting a farmers’ market inside, the pop-up restaurant will also offer fresh fruits, vegetables and artisanal products for sale.
If you don’t have time for a sit-down lunch, you can also stop by a chef demonstration. Here’s the schedule:
