“Custom Label Your Wine at Millbrook Vineyards & Winery”

If you have a wine lover in your life, and you’re looking for a fun gift for the holidays, house-warming, a birthday, anniversary, or just because, you’ll want to check out this new custom-label wine program from the Hudson Valley’s Millbrook Vineyards & Winery (www.millbrookwine.com). Instead of their own standard designed labels, you can design and affix your own personalized label (or business logo) to any one of their critically acclaimed wines including the 2007 Chardonnay ($17.25 per bottle), 2006 Pinot Noir ($18.00 per bottle), 2006 Merlot ( $21.00 per bottle), and the highly praised 2006 Cabernet Franc "Proprietor's Special Reserve" ($30.50 per bottle).

If you’re not adept at designing, you can personalize one of the winery's online label templates, or request a brand new design created by Millbrook's in-house graphic designers (free of charge).

The custom-labeled bottles can be ordered in quantities as small as one case (12 bottles). Gift boxes are also available for an additional fee. Total turnaround time for custom-labeled wine is usually 7-10 business days, and shipping is available throughout the U.S. (call for state-by-state shipping details).

If you’ve never heard of Millbrook Vineyards & Winery, here’s a little background. It was founded in 1985 and was the first vineyard in the Hudson River Region of New York dedicated exclusively to the production of vinifera grapes. Millbrook's 30 acres of vines, first planted by owner John Dyson in 1983, include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Tocai Friulano grapes. The winery produces 10,000 cases of wine per year, and its wines have received accolades from Wine Spectator, The New York Times, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, Hugh Johnson's Pocket Encyclopedia of Wine, and Bon Appetit.
