Easter Feast at Back Forty, 190 Avenue B at 12th Street, 212-388-1990

Going out for Easter dinner can be an over-priced affair. It doesn’t have to be. Leave the hassle and the inflated prices behind and stop in for a relaxing Easter feast at Back Forty instead. Open for brunch and dinner, Back Forty will be featuring a three-course Mediterranean inspired menu in addition to their regular farm-to-table American a la carte menu. Treat your family to some traditional Easter fare including chef Shauna Pacifico’s Ligurian Easter favorite, Torta Pasqualina (at brunch), a savory tart made with creamy ricotta from Salvatore’s in Brooklyn, along with chard, Parmesan and eggs, and a grilled leg of lamb from Jamison Farms at dinner. Back Forty will only be taking reservations at brunch for parties of 5 or more so get there early, before the lamb runs out.
