Brunch Launches at Principessa

If you loved Life is Beautiful, you’ll probably fall for Principessa, an Italian-inspired restaurant with a menu from chef Kevin Garcia, of ‘Cesca and Accademia di Vino. His signature dishes include a grilled thin crust truffle pizza, seared scallops with capers and roasted cauliflower, and several handmade styles of pasta. The cocktail menu was created by Kevin Jaszek of Freemann’s and Smith & Mills, so you will drink well, too.

Luke Raymond of VMG Creative designed the space, which features floor- to-ceiling windows along the street that allow sunlight to stream in. A mirrored bar lines one wall, with plush, tall banquettes on the facing wall.

To celebrate the launch of brunch, this weekend they will offer a $15 bacon, egg and cheese pizza with Prosecco pairing.

Principessa is located at 199 Prince Street, between MacDougal and Sullivan, 646-682‐7377.

HAPPY WEEKEND!!!
