I can’t remember the last time I danced in between courses, that is other than my own wedding. To celebrate spring, chef Matt Weingarten is hosting Swing into Spring on Saturday, March 21st at Inside Park. He’s invited Gregory Moore and His Cosmopolitan Orchestra to get you in the mood to break out your best moves and will serve a three-course menu inspired by the vernal equinox with dishes like the Last of the Winter Cellar’s Parsley Root Soup (with brown butter and capers), Vernal Equinox Egg Raviolo with preserved truffles and leeks and grass-fed New York Strip with grilled sweet onions and roasted potato. The Swing into Spring Dinner is $55 per person (beverage, tax and gratuity not included) and will be served in two seatings: 6-6:30 pm and 9-9:30 pm. For reservations, please call (212) 593-3333, or reserve online at OpenTable.com.
