“Your Guide to Easter Sunday”

Benefit Dinner for Italy’s Earthquake Victims at Bar Stuzzichini, 928 Broadway between 21st and 22nd Streets, (212) 750-8100.

The folks at Bar Stuzzichini will be donating ten percent of the proceeds from Sunday’s Easter dinner and sales from the “Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo, Zaccagnini” wine through April 30th to the Catholic Relief Fund to aid victims of the earthquake in L’Aquila which has taken the lives of approximately 300 people.

Their Easter dinner menu is $26 a person and includes a selection of antipasti, as well as pastas like Orecchiette con Cavolfiore—“Little Ears” Cauliflower and Breadcrumbs, Paccheri alla Napoletane—Neapolitan Style Ragù with Bufala Ricotta, and secondi like Abbacchio alla Cacciatore (Roast Baby Lamb) and Polpette di Vitello—Veal Meatballs, White Wine and Onion.

Easter Egg Hunt at Huckleberry Bar, 588 Grand Street @ Lorimer, (718) 218-8555

If you haven’t hunted for eggs since you were a little tyke, now’s the time to get back into the spirit. Head over to Huckleberry Bar from 5-6pm on Easter Sunday where they’ll be giving away free drinks and treats to the lucky finders of the "golden" eggs. Happy Hunting!

Egg Carton Cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery

If you’ve had enough of dyed Easter eggs, try something new this year and crack open a dozen mini cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery with the newest addition to the bakery’s menu: Egg Carton Cupcakes ($20 a dozen). A dozen mini vanilla or chocolate cupcakes frosted Magnolia’s classic pastel icing are tucked inside a vintage egg carton tied up in a bow. They’re the perfect treat to bring to your Easter gathering or to bring home just for yourself!

Brunch or Dinner Bar Boulud and Café Boulud

Daniel Boulud is celebrating Easter at two of his restaurants, with a variety of menus  priced right for your budget. Café Boulud (20 East 78th Street at Madison Avenue, 772-2600) will offer continuous service from noon-9pm, with three courses for $75 with kids under 12 eating for $35.

At Bar Boulud (1900 Broadway at 64th Street, 212-595-0303), Easter Brunch will be served from 11:00am-3:30pm with two courses for $29 and 3 courses for $39. Dinner will be served from 4-9pm with three courses for $49 or a la carte.

Easter at Tocqueville

Chef Marco Moreira is serving both Easter brunch and dinner at Tocqueville, his elegant Union Square restaurant. Brunch (three courses, $28, served 11:00am to 3:30pm) and dinner ($68.00 for three courses, served from 4:30pm to 9:00pm) will feature some Tocqueville signatures and some new spring specials like spring pea soup with croutons and mint, mile high crunchy French toast with double smoked bacon, wild ramp, fava bean and mushroom risotto, and roast Colorado rack of lamb with Sicilian eggplant caviar, Jerusalem artichoke puree and confit tomato.
