“Smorgasburg Snack Bar Opens at Whole Foods Bowery”

It's a bit chilly out for Smorgasburg, so until the weather cooperates, head on over to the new (permanent) Smorgasburg Snack Bar, which opens Monday April 1st (no fooling) on the 2nd floor of Whole Foods Market Bowery!

This new venue will feature vendors like Butter & Scotch (offering delicious S'mores Pies), Dough (handmade doughnuts), Odette Williams (stylish aprons and baby apparel), Kelvin NaturalSlush (serving up all natural slushes made from real fruit puree) and other favorites you could generally only find at Brooklyn Flea on weekends. 

The Smorgasburg Snack Bar currently serves as a rotating pop-up restaurant, with one Brooklyn Flea taking it over at a time. Since opening in October 2012, Smorgasburg Bowery has hosted a stellar line-up of vendors including Cemita's, Milk Truck Grilled Cheese, Mighty Quinn's, Rice & Miso Everyday and now YUJI Ramen: Test Kitchen. YUJI Ramen: Test Kitchen will be at Smorgasburg Bowery until May 12th, with Chef Yuji Haraguchi offering a daily take-out menu from 11am-6pm of delicious mazemen (brothless) ramen dishes like his Bacon & Poached Egg or Salmon & Cheese menu items. 

Whole Foods Market Bowery is located at 95 E. Houston St., NY, NY. Hours: Everyday, 8am-11pm.
