Ryan Skeen, the former chef at Resto, has unveiled his new menu for Irving Mill, which I’ve included for your perusal (and salivation) below. He’s serving it now (with an expanded selection of Alsatian wines.) Call now or stop in for a bite at the bar! Irving Mill is located at 116 East 16th Street, 212-254-1600. Enjoy.

“irving mill”

after seeing the menu, my wife and i went for small dinner. the salt and pepper pork ribs were fantastic.there was a pasta special of burrata agnolotti that was superb. it couldn't have been better. also, the restaurant is beautiful. thanks for the tip.
