“Trestle on Tenth Now Open for Breakfast, Midday Charcuterie and Hot Chocolate!”

If you’re looking for a new place to stop in for a leisurely morning meal or a breakfast with a colleague or potential client, check out the new breakfast menu at Trestle on Tenth. Chef Ralf Kuettel is serving a menu that starts out with freshly baked croissants, muffins, Danish and brioche, and includes organic granola with fresh fruit and yogurt ($8.50), banana-stuffed French toast with almonds and vanilla maple syrup ($10.50), as well as more substantial offerings like a Greenmarket omelet with goat cheese and herbs ($12.25), duck confit hash with poached eggs and sauce béarnaise ($13.50) and sides of potato rosti, maple-glazed bacon, house-made pork sausage or Black Forest ham ($3.50 each). Breakfast is served daily from 8:30am-11:30am, seven days a week.

If mid-afternoon is a time you need a snack, check out his expansive charcuterie menu, served daily from noon until closing, that includes all manner of farmstead cheeses (Butler’s Blackstick’s blue, Sbrinz, Sprout Creek Toussaint and Tomme Crayeuese), as well as cured meats and terrines from pork terrine with house mustard to pig head terrine, chicken liver pate, landjager, bierwurst, and air-fried speck, as well as pickled veggies, roasted bruseels sprouts with speck and fried shallots, and heirloom beets.

If you need a sweet winter warm-up, there’s also Valrhona hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows ($4.25).

“Chicken Liver Pate”

One of the best i have ever had. If you go you should also try their duck necks. Amazing. It is a great spot!
