“McNally's Minetta to Open as Early as March 9th!”

If you've been keeping up with the flurry of postings on Eater on Keith McNally's latest project (i the refurbishment of the 72-year old Minetta Tavern (including some great photos of the new space and the famed caricatures, murals, and artwork), you'll be happy to know that predictions of an opening date seem to be on target not only for early March, even March 9th. 

Chefs and partners Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr (Balthazar, Pastis, Schiler's) will be joined by Executive Sous Chef Chino Parilla, formerly of Five Ninth in the kitchen.
