“Smorgasburg Comes to Dumbo”

I've been a fan of Smorgasburg since day one. Literally, we were there for opening day and have been dreaming of it ever since. But from downtown Brooklyn it's sort of  a hike to get there, so we haven't made it back as often as we'd like. Now we've learned that Smorgasburg, the giant edible flea market featuring packaged and prepared foods, purveyors from New York City and across the region, and other food-related vendors (kitchen utensils, housewares, etc.), will be taking over the DUMBO Tobacco Warehouse beginning September 9th from 11am to 6pm. Expect over 75 different stands with everything from Asia Dogs to Brooklyn Oyster Party to Mrs. Kim’s Kimchi.

And goody for us, this will be a mainstay in Brooklyn Bridge Park every Sunday until 18 November. I think it's safe to say Emily, Craig, and I will see you there every Sunday!
