“More to Eat at Barclays Center”

Game Time. You’re craving your traditional sports event snack.  You need beer.  At the Elbow Room opening at Barclay Center, you won’t find overcooked water dogs.  Instead, you can feast on reimagined classics in a comfort food package: Mac and Cheese.

Executive Chef Luis Ulloa puts his Le Cordon Bleu diploma to good work to infuse standard noodles and cheddar with some new but familiar flavors.  Using stellar ingredients, the Elbow Room takes an American classic and creates a whole new gourmet dish.

  • Pizza becomes the Margherita Mac with San Marzano tomatoes, house made moz and fresh basil.
  • Why eat tacos when you can tuck into Chicken Tinga Mac (Shredded Chipotle Chicken, Monterey Jack, Avocado, Pickled Red Onion) or Queso Fundido Mac?
  • Wings with all the fixings can be better enjoyed as Buffalo Chicken Mac (Black River Blue Cheese, Frank’s Hot Sauce, Celery)
  • And our neighbors to the North in Montreal have inspired the Poutine Mac with Short rib & Gravy, Yukon French Fries and most Importantly, fresh cheese curds.

Drop into Elbow Room Brooklyn to see if there truly is a mac and cheese for every mood. Flatbush Mac Fanatics get their own location later this spring.  Purists can rest easy; the traditional ‘Old School’ Mac is available in all its béchamel and breadcrumb glory.

Elbow Room is located at 614 Atlantic Avenue, Barclays Center, 718.230.4088, http://www.elbowroombrooklyn.com
